Every Enrich home is backed by a third party 2-5-10 years new home warranty to the standards of the BC Building Code and municipal authorities. This coverage includes materials and labour for 12 months, 15 months for common property, 2 years for distribution systems, 5 years for the building envelope, and 10 years for structural components. Welcome home! In the weeks leading up to your move-in date, a dedicated member of our Customer Care team will schedule a time to personally acquaint you with your new home. This orientation session is designed to provide you with a comprehensive overview of your home's finishing, appliances, gas shut-offs, plumbing, and other essential information as the proud owner of an Enrich home. Feel free to ask any questions, take measurements, and begin mapping out your interior design plans during this exciting opportunity.
This is a momentous occasion for you and your family. Upon closing, a member of our Customer Care team will personally meet with you to present your brand-new keys. You will also be guided on an individual tour of your parking, access systems, community amenities, recycling and other practical matters. This is the moment when your new home is officially yours, so be certain to celebrate.
